Health Screenings
Why take a health screening?
PG&E provides free and confidential annual health screenings to coworkers to help you determine if you are at risk for developing serious conditions like heart disease or diabetes. Untreated health issues like these can lead to safety incidents, kidney disease, and even stroke. Our annual health screenings give you the chance to act on your results to help you decrease any health risks you have. Only PG&E coworkers need to complete the health screening to earn your Health Account credits. We encourage your dependents to get an annual physical from their primary care physician to access their health information.
In addition to gaining valuable health information, you’ll earn $250 for single coverage or $500 for family coverage for your Health Account. You’ll also have the option to test tobacco-free or complete a tobacco cessation program to earn an additional $250 for single coverage or $500 for family coverage. These credits can be used for eligible medical expenses, glasses, or contacts, and even braces or Invisalign. Your health account credits carry over year to year if you are enrolled in a PG&E medical plan. And, if you qualify for PG&E retiree medical, your credits will be available to you in retirement.
There are four options to obtain a health screening through Quest Diagnostics. To complete any of the below options, log in to the Quest Diagnostics website. Returning participants log in with existing username and password. New users – create an account. Registration Key: PG&E.
